Helly Flowers

Hi, I’m Helly! I am one of the newer additions to the Dobson Real Estate Team and KWCER. A bit of a modern-day wildflower, I’ve planted roots in different sectors throughout my career working in finance, education, non-profits, and media. Recently, I decided it was time for a change and made the decision to transition to real estate; it was time for me to work for the purpose of enjoyment and harnessing my talents.  

Throughout my life, I have always had a passion for residential architecture and design, no matter how humble or grand. Even in childhood, I recall mentally reconfiguring the homes of friends and loved ones, envisioning them in my ideal world.

Being a native German speaker and understanding other bits of common languages, I hope to be an asset to the team by supporting our newly migrated clientele. I have been fortunate enough to expand upon my multilingual abilities through travels in Asia, Australia, North and South America and Europe. Traveling is a part of my life that brings me true joy, as I find it fascinating to learn and experience different cultures, cuisines, and architecture styles of the world. This also allows me to engage with all sorts of interesting people, as I thoroughly enjoy the company of those who provide variety and enrichment to my life.

When I’m not working, you can typically find me assisting my elderly father in his woodworking shop, he is to whom I owe credit for my love of craftsmanship. I also enjoy reading and entertaining.

I strive to build my business and contribute to the team by offering clients a unique and personable experience. This goes beyond making real estate decisions based on eligibility, rather offering a different perspective on what a home is to their personal lives. Sometimes, it’s not about what you can afford, but what will give you the biggest return on your investment financially, mentally, and emotionally.
